Westnet selected ECOS E-invoicing and EDI of SoftOne

Westnet, a leading distributor in Greece and Cyprus of top IT and tech products, has selected the ECOS E-Invoicing and ECOS EDI cloud services of SoftOne (a member of Olympia Group of companies).

The ECOS E-Invoicing and ECOS EDI services have been fully integrated with Westnet’s existing business software, leading from the very first day to the modernization of all receiving and shipping processes as well as to significant improvements of service quality, thus further strengthening the company’s relationships with existing customers, suppliers and other business partners.

Operating on the Microsoft Windows Azure platform, ECOS E-Invoicing allows Westnet to easily manage the huge number of issued invoices, freeing it up from the time-consuming and costly processes of printing, archiving, enveloping and mailing paper invoices.

At the same time, ECOS EDI helps the company to instantly exchange electronic data and paperless documents with its partners, regardless of the business software they use, ensuring maximum data accuracy and eliminating processing delays and manual errors in registration. Utilizing ECOS EDI, Westnet has real-time visibility across its entire supply chain, including warehouse receiving, stock replenishment, occurring delivery delays etc. In this way, Westnet is able to better schedule goods receipts and deliveries, efficiently manage orders, sales and stock items, as well as timely inform its customers (and their accounting departments), drastically accelerating the total sales cycle.
